L6NRG ANNOUNCES THE LAUNCH OF L6NRG MONTANA I, L.P.

Bozeman, September 13, 2017, L6NRG, LLC ("L6NRG") is pleased to announce the launch of L6NRG Montana I, LP (the "Fund"), a 200 Million limited partnership formed under the laws of the State of Delaware. L6NRG will provide investment advisory services to the Fund and as General Partner will manage the Fund.

The Fund seeks to generate superior risk-adjusted returns by investing in oil & gas exploration projects located in Montana, Wyoming and North Dakota. The other main advantages of the Fund are all the tax aspects of the oil & gas industry, the last US Tax Shelter.

The Fund's strategy involves a fundamental analysis approach that identifies E&P opportunities located in the Northern Rockies in new or already developed projects where L6NRG will have an active role, although will not operate directly.

Units of the Fund will be offered on a continuous basis with a minimum initial subscription amount of $10,000 for subscribers who qualify as "accredited investors". Investors are protected by a minimum $1 Million threshold escrow account.
